Ahmad Jamal, the veteran jazz pianist, has just come out with one of the best cd’s in years. He has a great drummer (Herlin Riley) and a great percussionist (Manolo Badreno). His bassist, Reginald Veal, also in top form–wouldn’t you be, if you were backing up this iconic pianist? Great sound and production. 5 stars in every respect.
